Brendan Davids
Managing Director

Brendan is one of the founders of Greenlands Capital Partners and has led the business through its growth and evolution since 2006. Brendan manages the overall business, leads client relationships, and structures deals based on unique client requirements.
Brendan's business strengths lie in identifying and enabling growth opportunities, particularly for SME property developers, and he has a wealth of experience in residential, commercial and retail property development.

Prior to founding the business, Brendan was articled at Ernst and Young and then worked as a partner in a professional practice, specialising in corporate restructuring.
​
Brendan's passions outside of work include spending time with family and all forms of angling.

BSc (Chem. Eng.), BCom. (Hons.), CA (SA).
Schalk Fourie
Head of Finance
​
Schalk joined Greenlands Capital Partners in October 2020. His role at GCP includes due diligence, credit risk profiling and financial reporting.
Prior to joining GCP, Schalk was the Chief Financial Officer for State Street Southern Africa, where he gained significant experience in credit risk and financial management.
Schalk completed his articles at Deloitte Cape Town and went on to work as an auditor senior at Deloitte New York, followed by two years with Credit Suisse in London, before returning to South Africa.

Schalk enjoys the outdoors life. His passions outside of work include spending time with his young family and riding his mountain bike.
